Mini Moe's started with a simple idea: a smash burger doesn't need forty ingredients to be unforgettable, it needs the right five, done properly, every single time. We hand-form every patty, season it with care, and smash it hard on a hot flat-top so the edges go crispy while the middle stays juicy.
Every item on the menu is halal, made fresh to order, and built by people who genuinely like burgers — not a script. What began as one location flipping patties for the neighbourhood has grown into two kitchens across Toronto, but the promise hasn't changed: fresh ingredients, bold flavour, no shortcuts.
